Albert Maurice Broomhead

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Bert Broomhead on December 7, 2019 at the age of 94. Bert enjoyed fishing and watching all sports, in particular  baseball and his favourite team the NY Yankees. He umpired many Little League ball games throughout the years and continued to make big league calls from the recliner in his living room. Bert worked for Mac Blo most of his life - VanPly and then Alberni Plywoods and was a Life-time member of the Army, Navy & Air Force Veterans Unit #26. He will be missed by all of his family.  Forever in our hearts, we will miss you Granddad!
