Alexander Murray 'Sandy' Baldwin

After a courageous, lengthy battle against prostate cancer Sandy passed away peacefully on Thursday, 27 September 2018. His passing was on his own terms, and he maintained his splendid sense of humour to the very end.
Sandy was predeceased by his parents D'Arcy & Elsie, brother and sister Jim & Marion, brother-in-law Sam and sister-in-law Dene. He is survived by his grandson Xander, wife Cheryl, brother Bob, children Jim (Erin) & Alix (Andy) and step-sons Morgan (Maryanna) & Grant (Katrina), as well as many nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.
Special thanks are owed to the staff at the BC Cancer Clinic, in particular to Dr. Vergidis, and to the team at Victoria Hospice. In keeping with Sandy's wishes, cremation has taken place, and his ashes will be dispersed privately by his immediate family. A celebration of life will be held a later date.
