GRIGG, Andrew Thomas We are sad to announce the death of Andrew (Andy Blues Boy) Grigg on July 9, 2014 at Victoria Hospice, Victoria, BC. Andy was predeceased by his father, Thomas, and is survived by his mother, Phyllis, sisters, Laura (Bruce) and Kit, nieces, Lisa (Richie) and Holly (Adam), great-nephew, Maddox, and son, Cameron. Andy was born in Oshawa, ON and attended McHugh Public School, Brampton, ON, Lakeside Heights Elementary and John Rennie High School in Pte. Claire, PQ. Andy was well-known for his knowledge and love of The Blues. He was editor and publisher of Real Blues magazine for a number of years and also produced several Juno nominated records for King Biscuit Boy (Richard Newell aka King Biscuit Boy) and Kenny Blues Boss Wayne (Blues Boss Boogie). He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him. Andy was one of Canadas greatest blues writers, researchers and supporters.Holger Petersen (Stony Plain Records)
