Arthur Russell Best, December 12, 1917 to December 28, 2013 Passed peacefully at the age of 96, in the home he has lived in since he was 9 years old. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his sister Margaret Conley, brother George (Eleanor) 2 nieces, 1 nephew, and an extended family he inherited from his companion Jacqueline who predeceased him in 1999. A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
