Bailey Hill Hunt-Richel

On April 25 Bailey Hill Hunt-Richel age 25, died suddenly in Victoria after a long-standing struggle with his mental health.

After spending his early life in and out of the foster care system, Bailey faced many challenges. At the age of 9 he found greater stability, love ,and understanding when he was adopted by Daryl and Charlotte.

Bailey had a gift for music and rhythm, he loved gaming, movies (Wes Anderson!), spending time with family and friends and searching the night sky for falling stars. He will be remembered as a charming and caring soul, with a quick wit and a playful spirit. Bailey had a sweetness, warmth, and a giddy laugh he regularly shared with those around him.

Bailey is survived by his parents Charlotte Hunt and Daryl Richel (Coral), and birth mom Trina Brathwaite (nee Hill), siblings Hayley Lovel (nee Majorsmith), Damien and Alex Majorsmith.

Cremation has taken place, a date for an informal memorial will be announced at a later date.
