It is with great sadness I announce the passing of my darling husband, Brad. Surrounded by Love, Brad passed in peace following and intense battle with Brain Cancer. He passed with his wishes in place to have only his loving wife, Kathy, by his side to deliver him into the arms of his mother, Ann, who passed on before him. In his final weeks, Brad was in charge of his visitors and his treatment options with the help of the magnificent Victoria Hospice Team; Brad was able to take his final Journey, his way. Brad never gave up; he chose to destroy the disease by denying it a place to thrive. Brad asked that following his passing there should be no formal service, he asked that all who love him take time to gather the people they love together to enjoy each other and just take one moment at the gathering to remember it was his suggestion.
