Carol Dianne Russell

Carol Dianne Russell was a true free spirit from the inside out. No one could stop her from doing what she wanted too. If you ever met Carol or worked with Carol you would never forget Carol. A piece of Carol's stubbornness strength love laughter and spirit shall walk beside us and radiate a gentle light deep inside of us all. Carol had lived in Victoria BC for most of her adult life and left this earth plane peacefully in her sleep amidst friends' family and a community that loved her. She will be joining her mother and father Jeannie and Roy Russell plus other great family and friends in the eternal spirit world. Carol will be remembered and cherished by her best friend and dear sister Beverly and her sister Olive and her brothers Trevor and Roy. She also had two adopted sons Benjamin Cole Peters who chose to meet his biological mother and spend the last few years getting to know her. Which made Carol beam with joy getting to know her lovely son. Our family would like to thank the Peters Family for doing such a magnificent job of raising Benjamin who is an incredibly stable professional kind and compassionate young man. We would also like to thank the family that adopted and raised her son Andy. Great blessings to everyone and best wishes to all of Carols friends within her community. The Russell family offers our deepest appreciation and gratitude to the phenomenal staff and teams at Tillicum and Seven Oaks for their incredible commitment patience compassion support and care for Carol. May a piece of Carol's spirit rest in each of our hearts and make us smile and remember Carol as an incredibly vibrant strong giving and resilient Survivor and a Beautiful Wild Flower...
