Catherine Udy

Catherine Ann Hazell Udy (Cat), 50 yrs old, was born on January 31 1972 in Victoria BC. Cat passed April 3, 2022, in Victoria BC, and is survived by Kelsey Ann Hazell Udy (Hazell).

Cat was known as charismatic, courageous, and badass, but her kind and encouraging nature was her true gift, as she brought inspiration into the lives of those she touched. Her beautifully humble, empathetic, and loyal way of being made her a ray of hope and sunshine. Cat always told Hazell “I love you to the moon and back”, and as we mourn her passing, we will continue to feel her love through the evidence she left behind. She will be missed dearly and thought of fondly as even in her passing, she brings us all closer together.

In Cat’s honour and in lieu of flowers the family encourages donations to Cat’s favourite charities, BC Children’s Hospital or Balding for Dollars, or to support the family, funds may be sent to recepety@hotmail.com
