Cecile passed away peacefully on May 31, 2023.

Growing up in Victoria, she will be missed by many long term friends, and family; daughter Kim Clements, son Bob McPhie (Arden); brother Guy; grandchildren Lisa Hill (Andrew), Kaila McPhie (Ben); great grandchildren Oliver, Kayne, Lexi and Hayden; nephews Keith, Derek.

Cecile is preceded in death by her brother George and grandson Stephen.

Hope she's having the time of her life now with loved ones that left the party early.

A private Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
