Christine Gertrude Smith

Christine Gertrude Smith, age 88 of Victoria BC, passed away peacefully on August 26, 2021, with her family by her side. Predeceased by Charles, her husband of 59 years. Chris (Mom and Grandma) will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her family: sons Doug (Lynn) and Darrell (Dorothy); daughters Charlene (Steven) and Shelley (Brent); grandchildren Victoria, Andrew and Jonathan. Chris was predeceased by her sister, Ann, and is survived and missed by her sister Mary and brother Ed (Marie). Born in rural Saskatchewan to German immigrants, she inherited strong values and perseverance which she passed on to her children.
