Constance Ruth Whiteley

Connie was born in Lahore, India (now Pakistan), on March 13, 1933 to Alice and Charles Green during the time of the British rule in India. Charles was a Staff Sergeant in the Northumberland Fusiliers. She was blessed to have three sisters; Dorothy, Maureen, and Olive, and two brothers; George and Bill. Connie is survived by her younger sister Olive, her husband Terence, and her three sons; Simon (Patricia), Timothy (Marjorie), and Stephen; as well as her 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Connie married Terry in England on the 23 of May 1953. In 1958 they immigrated with their young son Simon to Edmonton, Alberta, where Tim was added to the family. After several years of working in Northern Alberta, the family moved to Hinton, Alberta, in 1960 where Stephen was born.
