Dave Morgan

Hjalmar (Dave) Morgan, Born Feb 25, 1945, Vancouver BC, Died Mar 4, 2020. It is with great sadness that Dave passed away peacefully with this family by his side at Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, BC. His humour and kindness for others was with him to the end. He touched and helped so many people and is a huge loss to anyone who knew him. He was very family orientated, loyal to his friends and would always defend those who needed it the most. Dave would talk about being a recovering lawyer and preferred being called a farmer. Dave was an amazing father, fisherman, athlete, storyteller, comedian, lawyer and farmer. He was proud of his upbringing in East Vancouver and Galiano Island. Dave is survived by his wife Gail, son(s) Shea (Annette), Rob (Andrea) and his daughter Meghan. His family miss and love him very much. He is predeceased by Mona and Nigel Morgan. No funeral at his request. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
