David gently passed away in the sun on the beach, August 5, 2026. David was predeceased by his parents, Keith and Irene, and wife Barbara Lynn. He leaves behind his loving son, Rory, brothers, Neil and Ray, Daughter, two grandchildren and his lifelong friends, Bonnie and Juanita. Dave loved his family and friends, enjoyed long beach walks with his dogs and sharing many stories of a full gifted life.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who provided him caring comfort through his journeys.
A celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 17, 2026, 11:30am at his home beach, 1991 Kaltasin Road, Sooke BC, V9Z 0B7.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Dave’s memory to donate@parkinson.ca
