Edmond Eberts Price

Our father, Ed Price passed away peacefully Dec 01, 2017 surrounded by family and friends.He is survived by his four children, David, Charles, John and Sarah,and seven grandsons.
After receiving a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, Ed embarked on a large and interesting life which took him to over 85 countries as a trade commissioner, diplomat, university professor and businessman. He had an incredibly positive outlook and looked at life's difficulties as challenges to be overcome. He loved hearing peoples stories and sharing his own. He encouraged and promoted links between countries , cultures and people and always advocated for peace and understanding. He will be greatly missed by a multitude of family and friends.
His family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of the Royal Jubilee Hospital and Victoria Hospice for the care and comfort they provided.
A Celebration of Life to honour Ed will be held at St. Matthias, 600 Richmond Ave, Victoria, on Monday, February 12th, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m.
