Frances was born in Windsor, Ontario and lived in Victoria since 1974 where she graduated from the Royal Jubilee School of Nursing.

Predeceased by her parents Jack and Juanita Damore.

Loving mother to Veronica (Australia|)

Frances is survived by her brother John, sister Beatrice, niece Ella, cousin Virginia(Ginny) and beloved friend Richard Hudson.
