It is with sadness the family of Fred Hamilton announces his passing after a short battle with cancer. Fred was pre deceased by his Mother, Phyllis Hamilton (Simpson) and is survived by his Father Renner Hamilton, his sister Holly and brothers Stuart and Kelly.
Many thanks to all of Fred's caregivers, in particular Lacey, and the rest of the ACT team at Hillside Place in Victoria who took such great care of Fred over the last few years.
