She was an avid skier, badminton player and swimmer in her youth.
She worked for the Bank of Montreal on Peel Street, where she met her future husband, David J. Marshall.
After her divorce from David, she and the boys moved to Vancouver where she worked for the TD Bank Group until retirement as well as
She enjoyed her senior bus travel adventures, curling on television, Mozart and her grand children.
Helga died in Victoria Hospice located at Royal Jubilee Hospital November 2, 2019 surrounded by her family.
Sea scattering of her cremated remains will take place this spring.
