James Donald Cochran

It is with heavy hearts we share the passing of James (Jim) Donald Cochran, born on September 22, 1957. Jim passed away peacefully at Royal Jubilee Hospital on September 4, 2025, after a short but valiant battle with cancer.

Beloved husband and father, Jim is survived by his wife of 43 years, Shelley Cochran and 4 kids: Gordie (Adrianne), Anna (Braeden), Rebekah (Jayke), and Jonathan. He was a proud grandfather to his 4 grandsons: Cole, Quinn, Isaac, and Ethan.

Jim is predeceased by his parents Donald and Mary Cochran and his sister, Barbara Woolcock. Jim was deeply loved by his family, friends, church and work communities and will be forever missed.

A memorial service will be held at New Life Community Fellowship on October 18, 2025, from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Your stories and memories of Jim will bring comfort as we gather to celebrate his life.
