Joseph Kolarich

It is with great sadness that we annouce the passing of our father, Joseph Kolarich. He passed away at home at the age of 87. He will be lovingly missed by his wife of 63 years, Emily (Srnec) Kolarich; his children, Jozica (John), Cathi, Steve (Claudette); grandchildren Tristan (Alexandra), Shane, Jaelyn and great grandson, Oliver. Joseph was born in the former Yugoslavia and brought his family to Victoria, B.C. in 1957 where he worked as a carpenter until he retired. He was a long time resident of the Highlands and helped to build the Highlands firehall. A funeral service will be held on December 21, 2015 at 11pm at St Joseph The Worker Parish, 753 Burnside Road West, Victoria, BC. Reception to follow. For those wishing to pay respects you may do so from 10:00 - 10:45am. In lieu of flowers please consider donations in Joe's name to the charity of your choice.
