Judith Anne Harper (May 16, 1951- April 20, 2017) Announcing the unexpected but peaceful passing of our mother. Judy was born in Victoria, the youngest daughter of Wilf and Kitsie Harper. Judy loved the outdoors and could often be found at the beach or camping with her two kids and other family. Judy did desktop publishing for many years before proudly working on Victoria's 1994 Commonwealth Games publications. She then worked for Camosun College, in the Print Shop at Lansdowne, until her retirement in 2010, when she delighted in spending time with her young grandchild. Judy loved gadgets, video games, photography, motorcycles, science, and nature. Her infectious enthusiasm will be greatly missed. She was predeceased by her mother, Kitsie and leaves behind her children Naomi Ridout (Jud), Aaron Eng, granddaughter Kitara, father Wilf, brother Allan, sister Susan (Laureen), nephews Tony & Neil, niece Lina, aunts, uncles and cousins who all sadly mourn her passing. In lieu of a service, a Celebration of Life was held on the 20th of May.
