Justin Leo Glenn Bissonnette March 10, 1973 - March 30, 2021 Justin Leo Glenn Bissonnette died peacefully in his sleep at the age of 48 in Victoria BC.
He will be lovingly remembered by his adopted Mom and Friend, Marlene Reichert, and his adopted Dad and Friend, Graham Smith, and all those close to him, for his warm heart and caring nature. He was always positive and upbeat even when life was trying to knock him down. He was a very hard worker and tried to help people less fortunate than himself whenever he could. He was very outgoing and friendly and met many friends and acquaintances while cycling to and from work on the streets of Victoria. He will be missed by many people.... both past and present.
