Marie Adelaide Williams

Marie was born in St. Boniface, Manitoba - daughter of Alfred and Malvina Belanger. Marie had three brothers, Henry, Robert, and Patrick (Kamloops, BC). She was predeceased by her parents, and Henry and Robert. She married Carl Merrick with whom she had two sons, Patrick and Ronnie -- all of whom predeceased her. Later she married Harold Williams and is survived by their two daughters, Shary and Shelly (both of Victoria, BC). She spent most of her life in Kamloops before moving to Victoria nine years ago. She was an avid gardener and news junkie, who loved to read, knit, and sew. She kept an immaculate house and gave much of herself to her children, their spouses, her grandchildren, and great grand children. She will be remembered for her fabulous sense of humour, her dedication to family, and her peanut butter cookies!!
