Pamela Corinne Mcrae

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Pamela Corinne McRae (née Briggs) on September 4, 2024. Born on June 24, 1961, in Victoria BC, Pam cherished the city where she was born and raised and where she met her beloved husband David McRae. She took great pride in raising her daughter, Kelsey Snyder (Hymers), in the same beautiful city.

Pam was a passionate gardener, often found nurturing her beloved plants and flowers, bringing vibrant colors and life to her surroundings. Her love for animals was evident in her home, which always welcomed furry companions. She had a profound love for the ocean, often finding peace and inspiration along its shores.

Pam is reunited in spirit with her beloved husband, David McRae, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Kelsey Snyder (née Hymers), as well as her stepchildren, Elizabeth McRae, Gordon McRae, Michelle McRae, and Grant McRae. She was also preceded in death by her stepson, Andrew McRae. She cherished her friends and co-workers, who became like family to her and brought immense joy to her life.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and doctors at Royal Jubilee Hospital for their compassionate care during Pam’s final days.
