Patrick Armand Gilbert Locati, a beloved brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on October 15, 2026, in the comfort of his home in Victoria BC. Born on April 28th, 1958 in Accra Ghana, Africa. Patrick's life was one of adventure, travel, and celebration.
Patrick was a masterful, self-taught cook who travelled throughout Canada for 49 years. He had an easygoing spirit that made him friends everywhere he traveled.
An avid fisherman, Patrick possessed a deep reverence for the outdoors and a soft heart for all animals.
He is survived by his two brothers, Thierry and Francois, and his sister-in-law Dawn. He will be deeply missed by his nephew Christopher and niece Melissa, as well as his grandnephews Carter and Easton and grandniece Brooke. He was predeceased by his mother, Simone, and his father, Raymond.
In accordance with Patrick's wishes, a private gathering will take place at a later date.
