Pete Postnikoff

Postnikoff, Pete, May 18,1923 to September 28,2021. Predeceased by his wife Gertie "Sis" Postnikoff on February 2, 2014. Pete was born in Blaine Lake, Saskatchewan. The family relocated to the city of Grand Forks. Pete attended the Grand Forks school system where he graduated from Grand Forks High School. He met his future wife Gertie in Grand Forks and in 1946 they were married. Pete apprenticed in the carpentry trade and eventually settled in Trail, B.C. After his retirement they moved to Victoria. He is survived by sons Peter (Brenda), David (Gaylene), his grandson Ryan and great grandchildren Estella and Gavin. Pete was well admired by his friends and relatives. A Dad who was honest, kind and always generous. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. We love you Dad and when you are with Mom in Heaven, give her our love.
