Spencer Louis Savard passed away peacefully on September 21st, 2018, surrounded by his family. Spencer was born on July 18th, 1984 in Saanichton BC. He is survived by his Mom Cathy (Sandra), Dad Phil (Karen), Niece Taylor, Sister Shannon, Brother in-law Jordan, as well as "friends and family who are among the greatest people of all time."-SLS
