Susan Barr

Susan passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family - husband Peter, children Peter Junior, Jonathan, and Martha Shade, granddaughter Alexa and sister Martha Hopkins.
Special thanks to Dr. Bernstein and the staff at the Royal Jubilee Cancer Center.  Susan's diagnosis of stage 4 breast cancer gave her no more than a few months.  Armed with Susan's determination to fight and will to live, Dr. Bernstein stretched that time out to nearly ten years of quality life.
Thanks also to Hospice for the wonderful support they provide.  They made the last days comfortable for her and the family.
