Tom leaves behind his soul mate Kelly Fern, his beloved bubbas; Marina, Gareth, and Connor; and his lovable lab Ridge. He will be forever missed by Sonya Fern, Bruce Bell, Elena Bell, Nico Bell, and other families, including Fred, Eric, Brian, Jason, Selena, and their families. Tom was literally a "jack of all trades," but his last jobs with ECAP at CARILLION and ITS ON ELECTRIC were where he found his true passion, helping others who were often less fortunate than him. Tom was a true family man who supported his kids through all their life pathways. He enthusiastically volunteered with their school, soccer, rugby, and Air Cadet and SAR activities. His summers were spent making memories by driving thousands of kilometres on the infamous FERN/SCOTT ADVENTURES across Canada and the American National Parks. His family and friends are eternally grateful for having known Tommy, who dared to live his life to the fullest.
