Thomas William Spencelayh On December 17, 2014 Tom passed away peacefully, at the age of 71. Loved by his wife Marnie, his sons Christopher, Paul (Allison), Katie (Cesar), Laura (Allan) and Sarah as well as his nine grandchildren. Tom is also dearly missed by sister Irene and many nieces and great nephews in London Ontario. An open celebration of Toms life will be held on December 20, 2014 at 2:00pm at Colwood Pentecostal Church on Sooke Rd. in Victoria. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
