Verna May Hooker

We will always remember Mom's hugs abounding with love, her great sense of fun and Laughter As we gathered for family dinners at Christmas, Thanksgiving and birthdays. One of her fondest memories were all the family times in the summer at Shawnigan Lake, B.C. If she could have lived her life over again, she said she wouldn't change Anything.
She has left us here on earth and we miss her but, beyond the shadow lies the promise of everlasting Life with her saviour, Jesus Christ. "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard....the things which God has prepared for them that love Him." She wanted to express her faith by saying: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and soul. Be filled with the Holy Spirit and be Joyful as God wants you to be." (Prov. 3: 5-6)
