Remembering Victor Narendra Pandit Victor Narendra Pandit's (husband of Parimala Pandit, father to Beejal, Tushar and Simba) journey of life came to the end on November 11, 2015. After a long 23-year journey battling cancer with a strong passion to fight, a strong perseverance and will power, his journey came to an end. Our father, who we looked up as the strongest and wisest, took his last breath peacefully. Dad passed away at home, which was his most beloved space. Our father lived a full life. No matter what role he played, he did it well and expected it to be done with complete commitment. He was a great husband, son and son-in-law, a good brother and brother-in-law. He loved and cared for them to the end of their lives and beyond. Our dad was an accountant par excellence! He was respected for his ability, integrity, and his quick wit. 

He used his talent for numbers in his everyday life from personal to financial to work life. Most importantly, he ensured that his kids understood the importance and value of finance in our personal lives. Dad was an avid and a dedicated cricket and soccer fan. He was very sharp till the very end and also had a couple of routines that he performed till the very last day. We have been proud of our father, but never so proud as in the last few months as he faced the loss of his independence and his other limitations. He did it all with such grace, courage and dignity.
Thank you for teaching us the importance of humility, and the remarkable power of emotional and financial generosity. Thank you for stressing the importance of education and stating that life is a journey where you fall down many times - the key is to get up, keep fighting and move forward. Furthermore, he always stated that the power of faith and God was the eternal source of strength to overcome any challenge in life. We have learned so much from your life . . . contentment, faithfulness, integrity, forgiveness, and gentleness. You have always worked hard, yet you never let it interfere with your family priorities. Dad, you did a fantastic job highlighting our positives traits, and letting us explore different things. Words seem inadequate to express the sadness we feel about you. Although no words can really help to ease the loss we bear, you are in our thoughts and prayers. May the peace that comes from the memories of the love we all shared. He has left us with memories that will always allow us to have him in our thoughts. We miss you already, and will love you forever.
