Wayne Paul Vipond

Wayne Paul VIPOND, formerly of Brantford, Ontario, died with dignity in his adopted city, Victoria, British Columbia on March 3, 2023.

At his bedside were his loving wife of 54 years, Sharon (Hamilton), his children Erin (Tim), Sara (George), and his granddaughters, Emily and Summer. Predeceased by his parents Clement and Rena, brothers Lawrence (Lornie), Douglas (Bev), Clem Jr (Fran), and sister Marlene Florek (Henry). Survived by his sisters, Dianne Peeling (Bob), Sharon, and Debbie Belmore (Rick), sister-in-law, Heather Hamilton (Bob) and many nephews and nieces. He was a long-time, accomplished wood carver and pyrographer. He was a former police officer serving 14 years on the Brantford Police Department (Past-President of the Brantford Police Association). He retired as a lawyer after 25 years, (Past-President of the Brant Law Association).
