William Lloyd Thomas Wansbrough

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lloyd Wansbrough of Victoria, BC, on April 24, 2025, at the age of 61.

Lloyd was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend. He is survived by his loving wife Janet, his cherished children Charles and Jocelyn, his sister Chery Clark (Dan), and his brothers Len (Cathy) and Doug (Laura). He was predeceased by his parents, Phyllis and Bill Wansbrough.

Lloyd worked closely with his family to help grow and maintain Westridge Landing Centre in Colwood, BC—a lasting legacy begun by his parents. His dedication to the family business was matched only by his love for his own family, and the integrity and care he brought to every aspect of his life.

Lloyd will be remembered for his quiet strength, his generous spirit, and the deep love he shared with those closest to him. His steady presence, kind heart, and unwavering support made a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

A gathering to honour Lloyd’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to Diabetes Canada .

He will be profoundly missed and forever remembered.
